Pasquale has an extensive marketing background having established and run his own corporate branding firm where he developed marketing programs for real estate developers. Pasquale has also invested in and managed his own real estate interests from an early age. He moved to the Semiahmoo area with his wife Melanie in 1995 where they have raised their three children. Being a real estate advisor, allows Pasquale to combine his skill and experience in marketing with his interest in real estate.
Melanie was raised in the Lower Mainland and moved to the White Rock area in 1995 with her husband Pasquale and their three children. She soon fell in love with the community’s diverse amenities, unique neighbourhoods, abundance of parks and connection to the ocean. Her sincere passion for helping people is her key motivation as a Realtor and the driving factor in her success. It’s also why she takes the lead role in nurturing our client relationships.
Grace is a consummate professional having held positions in many prominent investment consultancies and real estate development firms in China. After moving to Canada Grace obtained her insurance broker and real estate licences and has continued to serve the investor-class relationships she established in China. She is a resident of White Rock along with her husband and son, where she has also helped numerous clients achieve their real estates objectives.
Jessie has worked in the marketing field in both Mainland China and Vancouver. This background has provided her with specialized expertise to properly position our client properties. Her strong connection with key immigration consultants also serves our ever-growing foreign buyer clientele and in turn, our clients who benefit from our ability to promote their properties to that market segment. Jessie’s close ties to the financial services industry also aids our clients’ financing needs.
