Our Communities

We are invested in the communities we serve

We are part of the communities we serve. We are invested in them professionally and personally. Keeping updated and informed about the ongoing changes in zoning, bylaws, school catchments and all other civic regulations and policies that effect our clients' real estate investments and lifestyle considerations, is core to the value we provide. We not only consider it our professional responsibility to know the goings-on of the communities we serve, we also consider it a civic obligation to also support the various initiatives and events that make our communities stronger.

South Surrey / White Rock

South Surrey / White Rock is a beautiful seaside community located just 45 minutes south of Vancouver, an easy commute; and extends all the way to the US border. This area is known for its sunshine, moderate climate, soaring eagles, and spectacular ocean and mountain views. Top-ranking private and public schools, exceptional climate, close proximity to Vancouver and a varied selection of properties makes this a preferred area to raise a family.

Surrey

The City of Surrey, which also encompasses the communities of North, South and Central Surrey as well as Cloverdale, is the second largest city within Metro Vancouver by population, and the largest in terms of land mass. It is also one of the lower mainland's fastest growing cities, consistently ranking as one of BC's top places to live, amongst those looking to move to our Province. Surrey is a city of contrasts, with densely populated urban areas at the city's business center to vast agricultural and rural areas and everything else in between. It is also one of Canada's most culturally diverse cities, and offers an eclectic array of places to live, work and conduct business.

Cloverdale neighbourhoods:

Langley

Langley comprises of both the Township of Langley and the City of Langley. Langley Township is the larger of the two communities and is bordered by the Fraser River on the North and the US border to the South, with a land mass that almost rivals the City of Surrey, on its eastern border. Both communities have a distinctly heritage and rural feel with agriculture encompassing almost 75% of its land use. 50% of Metro Vancouver's farms are located here. And while its country charm is certainly one of it's appeals, Langley is also home to large and robust retail, commercial and industrial centers. For those who call it home and others looking to live here, Langley has much to offer.
